Responsibilities of NBP Teller Jobs 2024
- To receive cash from the Branch Operations Supervisor/ Branch Operations Manager, record nominations for cashier/ sorting functions, and request additional cash as and when required till the close of business hours.
- To provide account services to customers by receiving and withdrawing in customers’ accounts.
- To facilitate remittance, various utility bills collection, Government receipt/payments, and agency-based collection.
- To ensure vault management and holding of cash keys as per Bank SOP.
- To sort out cash as per SBP directives and match it with the details of the deposit slip.
- To handle customers’ requests like change of currency notes.
- To maintain the highest standards of customer service at all times.
- To be responsible for sufficient replenishment of ATMs as and when required.
- To ensure rectification of Audit findings with respect to cash management.
- To ensure Shariah Compliance.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the supervisors.
